Request account deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your Nexoura account and associated data here, even if you have uninstalled the Android app. You do not need to sign in to this website.
The button opens your email app. Send the message to submit your request.
How to submit your request
- Send an email from the address registered to your Nexoura account. Use the subject Nexoura account deletion and ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above into your usual email service and send the request manually.
- We may verify account ownership before deleting your data. Requests are reviewed manually and processed within a reasonable time after verification. If you cannot access your registered email, contact support to discuss ownership verification.
Never send your password, sign-in tokens, verification codes or payment details.
You can also delete inside the app
Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Accounts with a password confirm using that password. Google-only accounts without a Nexoura password confirm without entering one. The in-app deletion completes when the server confirms success; it cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your Nexoura account, profile and sign-in sessions.
- Account-linked learning progress, generated curricula, quiz results, XP and coin history.
- Content safety reports linked to your account.
- Purchase-verification and subscription records held in Nexoura's active database.
Backups and other records
Encrypted recovery backups may retain earlier account data. Rotation keeps the seven most recent backups and up to four older weekly backups, removing excess copies as new backups are created. Earlier copies are not erased immediately, and this is not a fixed-day deletion guarantee.
Google Play and other providers may retain their own records under their policies. Support emails are separate from the app database; contact us if you also want support correspondence deleted. See our privacy policy and retention details.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop future renewals, manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. Account deletion does not delete your Google account. Subscription cancellation is not required to submit a deletion request.

يمكنك هنا طلب حذف حساب Nexoura والبيانات المرتبطة به نهائيًا، حتى إذا حذفت تطبيق Android من جهازك. لا تحتاج إلى تسجيل الدخول إلى هذا الموقع.

كيفية تقديم الطلب
- أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجّل في حساب Nexoura. استخدم العنوان Nexoura account deletion واطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به.
- إذا لم يفتح الزر تطبيق البريد، انسخ العنوان أعلاه إلى خدمة البريد التي تستخدمها وأرسل الطلب يدويًا.
- قد نتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل حذف البيانات. تُراجع الطلبات يدويًا وتُعالج خلال مدة معقولة بعد التحقق. إذا لم يعد بإمكانك الوصول إلى بريدك المسجّل، تواصل مع الدعم لمناقشة التحقق من الملكية.
لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز تسجيل الدخول أو رموز التحقق أو بيانات الدفع.
يمكنك أيضًا الحذف داخل التطبيق
افتح الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب وأكّد الحذف. إذا كان للحساب كلمة مرور، تُستخدم للتأكيد. حسابات Google التي ليس لها كلمة مرور في Nexoura تؤكد دون إدخال كلمة مرور. يكتمل الحذف عند تأكيد الخادم نجاحه، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
البيانات التي تُحذف
- حساب Nexoura وبيانات الملف الشخصي وجلسات تسجيل الدخول.
- التقدم الدراسي المرتبط بالحساب والمناهج المُنشأة ونتائج الاختبارات وسجل نقاط الخبرة والعملات.
- بلاغات سلامة المحتوى المرتبطة بالحساب.
- سجلات التحقق من الشراء والاشتراك المخزّنة في قاعدة بيانات Nexoura النشطة.
النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات الأخرى
قد تحتفظ النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة ببيانات سابقة للحساب. يحتفظ نظام التدوير بأحدث سبع نسخ وبما يصل إلى أربع نسخ أسبوعية أقدم، ويزيل النسخ الزائدة عند إنشاء نسخ جديدة. لا تُمحى النسخ السابقة فورًا، وليس هذا ضمانًا للحذف خلال عدد ثابت من الأيام.
قد يحتفظ Google Play ومزودون آخرون بسجلاتهم وفق سياساتهم. رسائل الدعم منفصلة عن قاعدة بيانات التطبيق؛ تواصل معنا إذا أردت حذفها أيضًا. راجع سياسة الخصوصية وتفاصيل الاحتفاظ.
حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراكك. لإيقاف التجديدات المستقبلية، أدِر اشتراكك أو ألغِه في Google Play. لا يحذف هذا حساب Google، ولا يُشترط إلغاء الاشتراك لتقديم طلب حذف الحساب.
